The açaí bowl is one of those foods that looks almost too beautiful to eat - and then you taste it and you understand why everyone is obsessed. Deep purple, thick and creamy, topped with whatever makes you happy. This is breakfast as self-care.

Ingredients

  • 2 packets frozen açaí purée (unsweetened)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Toppings: granola, fresh berries, sliced banana, honey, coconut flakes, chia seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Break frozen açaí packets into chunks and add to a high-powered blender.
  2. 2Add frozen banana, blueberries, and almond milk.
  3. 3Blend on high, using the tamper to push everything down. Add as little liquid as possible - you want it thick.
  4. 4Pour into a bowl immediately.
  5. 5Arrange toppings in rows or sections for that beautiful bowl look.
  6. 6Eat immediately before it melts.
