Easy Raspberry Chia Jam

The simplest jam you'll ever make - just raspberries and chia seeds left overnight in the fridge. The chia absorbs the berry juice and creates a thick, spreadable jam with no cooking, no sugar, and no pectin. Use an immersion blender for a smoother texture.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

This works with almost any berry - try blueberries, blackberries, or a mix. The ratio is always the same: 1 cup berries to 1 tbsp chia.
