Sunday AM Green Monster Smoothie

This smoothie is called the Green Monster not because it's scary, but because it's monstrously good for you - and it actually tastes amazing. The cashews and hemp seeds give it a rich, creamy base, the banana and mango bring natural sweetness, and the kale disappears into something you'll actually crave.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw, unsalted cashews
  • 1/4 cup raw, shelled hemp seeds
  • 16 oz coconut water
  • 1/4 cup flaked, unsweetened coconut
  • 1 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 mango, fresh or frozen bits
  • 1 large handful of kale

Instructions

  1. 1Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. 2Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  3. 3Pour and drink immediately.

Jennifer's tip

It's best if the banana and mango is frozen - otherwise you need to add ice.
